Jessica, the Founder and Training Director of Empowered Forward, is an experienced Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, qualified Trainer & Assessor (TAE40122), and Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

With a career spanning across hospital, primary health, corporate, and educational settings, Jessica brings extensive experience in clinical care, health education, nurse navigation, clinical facilitation, and state-wide and national healthcare policy development and implementation. This diverse background uniquely positions her to deliver high‑quality, practical, and engaging training across the health, community, and workplace sectors.
